Recovering Google account access

Try Google Account Recovery first. If you cannot recover the account, contact your group administrator through a trusted existing channel. The Owner can replace the account binding after verifying you independently. Knowing a NIM is not sufficient proof. Your profile, project relationships and response history stay attached to the same member record. The old identity loses membership access. Do not create a second member record to solve a login problem.
